Brenda O’Brien is a smart, responsible and professional realtor. She listens to the wants and needs of her clients, and in turn gives important ideas, attention and advice to achieve those goals. She is very personable, and pays close attention to details. Brenda was always available and used her “treasure trove” of top-of-the-line suppliers, movers, landscapers, tree trimmers, furniture “stagers”, painters, window washers, photographers and full home cleaners. She even climbed into our small water feature to give it a good scrub! Brenda proposed a high asking price, and said we should not leave anything “on the table.” We didn’t….in fact we had three asking price offers, and sold in five days!
