When I decided to sell my home in, I knew that I would need a Realtor that knew the area and you came to mind. Because I had already moved to my new home, I wanted to sell as soon as possible. When neighbors and friends found out that we listed our home on April 9 and the property closed on May 12, they were in awe. I feel you priced it right and you had complete knowledge of the area.
