Institute for Luxury Home Marketing recognizes Brenda O’Brien of Long Realty

Brenda O’Brien of Long Realty Company, has been recognized by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing for her recent performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market in Tucson.

The recognition, membership in the Million Dollar Guild, is awarded by the Institute, which trains real estate agents in the luxury home market and awards international designations to those who meet stringent performance standards.

Long Realty employee earns top honors

Long Realty Associate Broker Brenda O’Brien was named the Top Long Realty Agent for 2005 and the 2005 Top Agent in all of Tucson by the Tucson Association of Realtors.

O’Brien won the award for residential listings and sales for closing more than $51 million in sales last year.

O’Brien holds several titles within the company, including Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and Residential Investment Specialist.

O’Brien has sold more homes in the Northwest and Oro Valley in the last four years than any other agent at the company and also is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Long Realty Agent O’Brien has been ranked No. 1 in sales among Tucson real estate agents for 2005.

According to the Tucson Association of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service, O’Brien came out on top with more than $44 million in sales.

She also chalked up $7 million in sales on properties not listed on the MLS
