Brenda did a fine job helping me sell my house in a difficult market. Starting with suggesting improvements to increase the appeal of a 1980s Santa Fe-style house, finding a contractor to do the work, preparing a gorgeous brochure showcasing the house, and bringing the sale to a successful closing despite economic turmoil and COVID19, I was confident the project was in the hands of a competent, experience expert. Brenda did an outstanding job of helping me bring my house to market and getting it sold in a very challenging environment. Kudos to Brenda!

Brenda is a Star!! We decided to sell our home in Oro Valley several weeks after having to Medivac back to Canada for health reasons. The situation precluded our being able to return to Arizona, so the entire selling process had to be accomplished remotely. Brenda did a brilliant job of advertising/marketing our home, and always was so friendly, efficient, positive and accommodating, helping us with many details, large and small — what could have been an arduous process turned out to be seamless. We are so pleased to know Brenda, and will be forever grateful for all she did for us in selling our home.

I am writing concerning my experience with Brenda O’Brien. The two most memorable aspects during the time my home was listed with her are: that she always, without fail got back to me immediately. And, more uncommon, she most often answered her phone herself. What a surprise in these times!  And, due to her marketing skills, my home sold within a short period of time. My home had been listed by two other realtors, but sold within two months, and at the full listing price! This, I believe was due to her outstanding knowledge, skill and perception of just the right marketing techniques. Her brochure was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend her and Michael to anyone needing a Realtor.

Brenda O’Brien is a smart, responsible and professional realtor. She listens to the wants and needs of her clients, and in turn gives important ideas, attention and advice to achieve those goals. She is very personable, and pays close attention to details. Brenda was always available and used her “treasure trove” of top-of-the-line suppliers, movers, landscapers, tree trimmers, furniture “stagers”, painters, window washers, photographers and full home cleaners. She even climbed into our small water feature to give it a good scrub! Brenda proposed a high asking price, and said we should not leave anything “on the table.” We didn’t….in fact we had three asking price offers, and sold in five days! Thank you, Brenda…..another job WELL-DONE! Thank you very much.
