We just wanted to let you know that our experience looking for properties with Crystal was outstanding. She listened to our requirements as we had outlined them over the internet and was very well prepared to focus on what we had described. As it turned out, I had failed to tell her that we had two big dogs which needed to be accommodated in any property we bought. But once we got there and she learned of this, she adjusted and had us looking at appropriate homes during the day we were there. Crystal impressed us as prepared, competent and enjoyable to be with. We were impressed with Crystal to the point of saying that it was the best experience we have yet had with a Realtor. And we have bought and/or sold together over 15 properties from Michigan to Hawaii. Anyway we just wanted to congratulate you on the fine job you all do and especially on how much we appreciated Crystal.
