Now that we’ve finally set up our new 2nd home in Marana at Sky Ranch, I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you both how much we appreciated your help with our home search and also with selling our condo at Vistoso in Oro Valley .From the moment we met Wilda last January, we knew that we had made the right choice to use the Brenda O’Brien team. After dealing with a snowstorm in Chicago that changed our arrival day/time, we were impressed by how quickly/professionally Wilda was able to readjust her schedule and set up the appointments for us to look at homes that weekend. We immediately felt at ease with Wilda, and she was even able to win over our teenage son, who was not happy about having to take the trip in the first place! Wilda had done a lot of work preparing for our visit, and researched various areas for us to visit. Her knowledge of the housing market, and the area was impressive. Wilda was able to help us throughout the process of selecting our home, working with the builder, and ultimately through the closing of the home. She was especially helpful as we were doing all this long distance, and she became our local “eyes & ears” for us as the house was being built. We especially appreciated her sending us pictures one day that showed the house in process, so we could see how everything was coming along. As far as selling our condo in Vistoso, I was very comfortable that Brenda O’Brien, and her team, knew the market and could appropriately list and ultimately help us sell our condo.
