I embarked on moving my 90 year old mother from Tucson to Pittsburgh. I live in Pittsburgh and my mother lived alone in Tucson with no close family or friends nearby. I lined up a few Realtors and they scheduled visits to discuss the move with her. My mother chose Brenda O’Brien. With a special touch of warmth, Brenda provided feedback on the property, familiarity with the market and confidence in her team’s ability to make the sale. I shared with Brenda early on that I needed a lot of help as I did not have any network in the area. I also hoped not to have to make any additional trips out to Arizona. Along the way she would alert me to issues, provide names of resources and assist in overseeing the work up to and including a final donation of remaining items to charity.
