Paula was everything we could hope for in an agent. We met two years ago while here on vacation. Saw 5 houses — Just kicking tires. A year ago we met again and she spent more time with us, showed us many homes in different areas, and helped us pick a general area and set us up to receive emails on properties in that area. By the time we returned in February of this year, we were well informed about the specific neighborhoods and their price ranges. We looked at several, made an offer on one that we missed out on, and then she told us about a new listing in her office that she thought might fit us perfectly . . . And she was right. We made an offer the first day and within 24 hours had it under contract. Never felt pressured. Always felt she had our best interests at heart and was taking a long term view with us.
