We love Sabino Canyon and go there at least a couple times a year. If you are going in the summer be sure to wear good walking shoes. Also be sure to take a hat, bottled water and plenty of sun screen. It can get really hot.

Also be sure to take your camera along as there are tons of pictures to be taken while hiking Sabino Canyon. No description of Sabino Canyon would be complete without mentioning all the wildlife! Many of our favorite critters live in the canyon so be watching for them. You may very well see Deer, Javalina, Bobcats and maybe even a Mountain Lion. And of course all the small desert critters that are common throughout Tucson.

Plan a day of it, go prepared and have fun, this is a special place!
