Saddlebrooke Homes

SaddleBrooke is a wonderful Tucson Retirement Community, with lots to offer for the active retiree. SaddleBrooke is a Master Planned Community and is the largest retirement community in the Tucson area. The community lies on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson, just north of Oro Valley. This is an Age Restricted Retirement Community, which generally means one person must be at least 55 years of age (Under Certain Conditions that age limit may be reduced to 40 years old).

There are several golf courses in SaddleBrooke as well as numerous tennis courts. SaddleBrooke has the largest and most active tennis group in the Tucson area. There are three clubhouses, community pools and lots of structured activities for all to enjoy. Saddlebrooke has many activities available to it’s residents, think of a hobby you like and chances are, this Tucson Retirement Community  has it. Saddlebrooke has golf, ball fields, dog parks and it’s own theater!  Saddlebrooke sits right at the base of the Catalina Mountains, so many of the homes have spectacular views of the mountains.

The homes for sale in SaddleBrooke are mostly contemporary style, although there are a few southwest style homes to choose from. Most SaddleBrooke homes are newer, and they are still building new ones.  SaddleBrooke is the ideal Arizona Retirement Community to live in. It is truly a wonderful place to live.
