I had been watching Brenda O’Brien’s excellent website (one of the best realtor ones) for 16 years. When my husband died in February 2015, she was the first one to come to my mind to sell his home in Oro Valley. So I contacted her and she became my realtor. Selling Pat’s house after he passed away was very sad for me and living such a long distance from Plano, Texas could have made the process difficult and very complicated. Brenda handled everything from listing to the closing and made the process go smoothly. She found a person to fix up the house to put it in sale condition. She promptly answered any questions and with her knowledge guided me along with aplomb. I was very impressed with her professionalism and would not hesitate for a moment to refer anyone I know to her in both selling and buying capacities. I just sold my house in Plano, Texas and although I was satisfied, my experience with Brenda greatly surpassed the selling experience here. Brenda is a priceless employee to the agency she represents. She is a knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant person, all extremely important attributes in her profession. If I ever have the opportunity to either buy or sell a house in the Tucson area she will again be the first one who comes to mind.
